		<description>The flow of our accountability within our organization is poor.  We have too many folks pointing fingers vs trying to solve the issue at hand.  It seems to be everyone else&#039;s fault except theirs.  No accountability to &quot;try&quot; and resolve issues.  We, as Dept Heads must try to first work together to set the example for our team members.  When Dept Heads and upper management can&#039;t take responsibility, they we are in big trouble.  We, as management set a standard for employees, but in return we do not do the same.</description>
